Hi, I’m Suz Entzeroth, the voice behind Cup of St. Joe Podcast. I’ve been a parishioner at St. Joe's - Cottleville for the past three years, where my husband Dan—who also attended St. Joseph School—and I are raising our three kids: Ethan, Remi, and Rozlyn. I grew up in O’Fallon, MO attended All Saints School, and later went to Missouri State University before settling in St. Charles. Throughout my life, I’ve always been drawn to people’s stories—how their experiences, challenges, and faith journeys shape who they are. When I asked God how I could help our parish grow, I felt called to start a podcast. Cup of St. Joe was born out of that calling—a chance to sit down, share a cup of coffee, and have real, heartfelt conversations about the ways God is working in our lives. My hope is to highlight the stories within our parish family—because every one of us has a story worth sharing.
